INGREDIENTS
1 package cream cheese, softened
70 vanilla wafers, finely crushed
3 tablespoons caramel ice cream topping
4 (4-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate, broken into pieces, melted
1/4 cup chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix first 3 Ingredients until blended.
2. Shape into 42 (1-inch) balls. Freeze for 10 minutes.
3. Dip balls in melted chocolate and place in a single layer in a
shallow waxed paper-lined pan.
4. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
